About Us

Shereen NewmanShereen Newman owns, manages and teaches the classes at the studio. She trained through the Michael King school of Pilates and is a level 3 registered (by Reps) and trained Pilates Instructor and also a fully qualified fitness instructor. 

Having worked for over a decade on a trading floor in the city as a Fixed income sales person, she is now a mother of two boys with a passion and enthusiasm for Pilates and she approaches every class with a sense of fun! Her aim is to understand your individual training needs and desires, and to deliver a high level of personal instruction to you.

She is able to do this due to the small class sizes at Bliss Pilates (max 4 in a class), which will ultimately deliver more effective and faster results for you. Her overall goal is for you to leave her classes feeling worked-out but also relaxed and invigorated.
